Season one covers roughly the first forty chapters, but it reorders material and drops a stretch outright, including an underground fight club that never appears on screen. So resuming at chapter 41 leaves real gaps behind you. Season two (aired April-May 2026) sticks closer to the manga's original chapter order and runs through chapter 79, the close of volume 13 — trimmed of some side material, but without a comparable missing arc.
